Morocco COC Certification

At present, the Moroccan Ministry of Industry, Trade, Investment and Digital Economy has implemented Law No. 24-09 on the security of products and services.
From February 1, 2020, the transition period to April 20, 2020, as soon as the arrival date in Morocco, the products put into the Moroccan market shall comply with the current regulations and requirements of Morocco, and all the controlled products shall obtain the CoC certificate, so as to successfully clear customs and enter the Moroccan market.

For products subject to the regulation of the Moroccan mark of conformity (CMIM), the manufacturer shall obtain the technical documentation, the declaration of conformity and affix the CMIM mark on the products before they are placed on the Moroccan market.
